The Personalized Entrepreneurial Development Program (PEDP) is a program that will guide aspiring or existing entrepreneurs to develop their entrepreneurial skills, mindset, and capabilities. A PEDP can be customized according to the needs, goals, and challenges of the individual entrepreneur.
How does the PEDP achieve customized development?
We do an online assessment and prioritize the development needs of an entrepreneur.
We recommend online programs to assist the entrepreneur in resolving development needs.
These programs will guide the entrepreneur to learn new skills, and to study new knowledge.
We guide you in applying these new skills and practicing the application of these newly learned skills.

How to use the PEDP

What is the Needs Analysis Tool (NAT)?
It is a tool build for entrepreneurs and small business owners to determine the main obstacle that prevents them from growing their business to the next level.
t consists of questions in the back-end. These questions are mathematically analysed in the backend. It identifies and proritised the obstacles that prevent the business from reaching its full potential may be business knowledge related and/or personal development and soft skill related.
STEP TWO
You will receive an email from the platform which will guide you to:
- Book a personal virtual feedback session.
- Pay for this session.
STEP THREE
The coach will confirm the virtual session.
STEP FOUR
You will have a virtual one-on-one session with our coach, trained to interpret your completed NAT questionnaire.
STEP FIVE
After this virtual feedback session an email will be received by the client with recommended courses and the costs involved.
STEP SIX
You will visit our website
- Complete payment. The costs will depend on the program you would like to enroll into
- Get access to enrolled courses on Moodle
STEP SEVEN
Study the courses
STEP EIGHT
After completion, you can have a re-assessment of your progress by completing the NAT once more.Â
You then have the option of repeating the process.Â
